The Coronavirus situation update

The Coronavirus situation is still serious in China, our offices shall run partially next week and most of our staffs will remain working from home. Period: Feb 17-21, 2020 OST Dalian No official notice from Government regarding resuming time. For safety consideration, some staffs will be on duty in the office and the others work at home next week. OST Guangzhou Current working arrangement will remain, some colleagues on duty at office every day while others work as home office. OST Ningbo The office building remained closed. Government approval on our official work resuming application pending next Monday. May arrange half of our staffs on duty at office upon government permission next week. OST Qingdao Will continue to arrange some staffs working in office and the others work at home next week. It is still risky to have all colleagues work at office together. If situation get better, we will start working as normal with government approval. OST Shanghai The working arrangement next week would be same as this week of half our colleagues work at office and half at home in turns. Each communities take more serious measures to monitor and control. The process for official work resuming application is more strict. OST Shenzhen The situation of Guangdong Province is still critical. Current working arrangement will remain, some colleagues on duty at office every day while others work as home office. Government approval on our official work resuming application pending. OST Tianjin No official announcement from Tianjin government to resume working. Home office will continue and staffs may go to company if needed next week. OST Xiamen Current working arrangement will continue next week. Half of our team will work at home, half will work at office. OST Zhongshan Government approval on our official work resuming application pending. Will arrange 2 operations staffs on duty at office every day. Currently all carriers' customers service team are working at home office, no freight forwarder in Zhongshan resume working at office for the time being.
